With almost 40 years in personal development, and nearly ten of them as a Relationship Coach, my passion is helping independent women over 50 find deep, healthy, committed love without losing one ounce of who they are. I believe the woman reading this right now is not too old, too much or too late. If anything, she's finally ready.

I lived it before I taught it. Two divorces, being a single mom with a baby and later with three children and almost 10 years of online dating that included its fair share of disasters and too much settling for less than I deserved. There were nights I genuinely wondered if love was still possible for me. And then, when I finally stopped fixing my dating life from the outside and started doing the real work on the inside, everything changed. I met my husband, Hugh, online, and almost four years into our marriage, I can tell you it was worth every crappy date and hard lesson it took to get here.

It became my mission to make sure other women don't take ten years to learn what I now help them understand in six months. Because the truth is, the dating apps aren't the real problem, and neither are "all the men out there." The real problem is almost always the relationship a woman has with herself.

Doing the inner work and choosing personal leadership – taking radical responsibility for my life, not blaming others for my situation and owning my shit – that's what turned it all around for me. And it's the path I want to walk with you, one honest step at a time.
